Fil'Rumma Zerark, affectionately known as Phil, is a male Quarian soldier with a fervent thirst for adventure and exploration. Born on Rannoch, the homeworld of the Quarians in the Perseus Veil, Phil was raised in a comfortable environment. As a Third Generation Quarian, he is disconnected from the nomadic lifestyle of his ancestors, which piques his curiosity about the worlds beyond Rannoch.

Joining the Quarian Security Forces seemed like the natural path for Phil to quench his thirst for adventure. However, his dreams of exploring the galaxy were soon overshadowed by the responsibilities of service, which confined him to Rannoch for three long years. The yearning for more grew stronger within him with each passing day.

Seeking an escape and an opportunity to realize his dreams, Phil found himself in a bar on Yamm. It was there that he encountered Captain Lars Pine and his crew, who regaled him with tales of daring escapades and untold wonders across the stars. Intrigued and eager to reclaim his Quarian spirit, Phil made the impulsive decision to join their crew, hoping to finally experience the adventures he had always dreamed of.

Now aboard The Starbound Reckoning, Phil's technical skills as a Quarian soldier prove invaluable to the crew. With his ability to navigate complex systems and troubleshoot technological challenges, Phil's presence enhances the crew's chances of success in their quest for adventure and discovery.
