Five Leagues from 4e (FLf4e)

Five Leagues from 4e (FLf4e) is a true mashup of Five Leagues from the Borderlands and Dungeons and Dragons Fourth Edition. I've taken the best of both systems and mashed them together to create a truly unique Solo tabletop gaming experience.

This house-ruled system is no longer in development

Goals

Use the Five Leagues system to build the world (Regions), and run the events in each adventure. Use the 4e system to run the tabletop battles. Since the characters are 4e, character advancement, loot and equipment also come from 4e.

D&D 4e

Utilize the 4e material to build characters, and to fight enemies.

  1. Character Creation
    1. Use the D&D 4e Essential's Players Handbooks and/or the 4e Character Builder
    2. Characters start the adventure at 3rd level
  2. Character Advancement
    1. A character Advancement matrix has been created to advance characters based on Turns played.
  3. Equipment
    1. All equipment is Level Appropriate for 4e characters.
    2. Gold earned within the Five Leagues system is converted to Loot Rolls on 4e treasure tables.
  4. Encounters
    1. Use Masterplan to build and design encounters
  5. Enemies - Adventure specific
